Are you unhappy with your Atopalm product?

If so, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipping date. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Therefore, please include the original packaging. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed, this is includes refunds for both Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.

To ensure that your return is received by us, please add insurance to your shipment through your preferred delivery service. Shipping fees are non-refundable with exception to an error incurred by us or damaged in shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Refunds through PayPal are subject to PayPal fees.

Please be advised, you must contact us to receive a return authorisation number prior to returning the items. Any returns sent to us without authorisation will not be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of MLE Skincare Ltd.
