Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of MLE SKINCARE LIMITED.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in a re-saleable condition. Therefore, please include the original packaging.  To start a return, you can contact us at returns@atopalm.co.uk.

To ensure that your return is received by us, please add insurance to your shipment through your preferred delivery service. Shipping fees are non-refundable with the exception of an error incurred by us or damaged in shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed, this includes refunds for both Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal.  Refunds may be subject to fees charged by the payment processor you used to place your order.
